    dynamis: a halo 3 custom map.

    This custom halo 3 map has been a long time in the making. i originally took inspiration from the forge map select from halo reach, however the current version of this map hardly resembles select anymore. My original designs date all the way back to 2015 for halo custom edition, my original concept for the map played terribly with tons of spawntrapping issues and sightlines that were way too long and after a while i decided to abandon the project (this original version can be seen in this traile

    What Are You Working On?

    this is the same rock i was showing off before, it looks really good in game because of the texturing but is low poly as shit, slap a tri planar snow material on rocks and they immediately look 10x better, also what is going on down there at the seams? one of the best ways to take your scenes to the next level is to hide and blend together assets at the seams, in this screen shot there is some kind of transparent overlay, maybe a decal? but then how is it perfectly conformed to the rocks edge? p

    so definitely sekiro loads both the maps low lod and high lod objects on top of eachother, the low lods are grouped together loaded as chuncks i imagine https://gyazo.com/fddadf751e7362668827259ca1213390 here you can see the z fighting and then you can click on either the single piece or the grouped low lod https://gyazo.com/1441cdff58ea11242a1eed39ad5921b0 so what i get from this is that at least for environments they didnt bother making several different lods for every asse
